Inaugurated in the March of 1990, it was born out of necessity to train staff for Association Casa Famiglia Rosetta. It is the scientific tool of the Association for the continuous training of its personnel and for the initial training of new personnel.

The Institute offers training to all personnel working in social , health and voluntary services, for those that want to acquire or to deepen their knowledge and professionalism.

 The Institute uses expert trainers, including foreigners, and collaborates with other centers in Europe and North America.
